This template has been created to assist states in their efforts to create their State Identification and Recruitment (ID&R) Plan. The template includes the key elements that are needed to develop a comprehensive plan. States can also use the template to critique their current plan in order to ensure that it includes all of the needed elements.
This tool provides a list of needed elements in a state ID& template. Through IRRC project activities, each member state will develop a 5-step State ID&R plan that is aligned with federal laws, rules, regulations, and guidance.
