IDRC ID&R Assessment- Spanish Translation
The ID&R Assessment was first translated by the Colorado team. When we received the initial translation, four TST member volunteers went through the translation and offered some feedback and input regarding the accuracy and soundness of the initial translation. As part of the IRRC materials pilot process, we would like each IRRC member state to have 1 or 2 members of their recruitment staff who are native Spanish speakers, to take the Spanish version of the assessment and to offer feedback on the accuracy and quality of the translation. Our ultimate goal is end up with a Spanish version of the assessment that is accurate, sound, and as generic as possible.
